Rainbow Place

In Kind Donations

We are so grateful to all of you for your generous donations; however, we are not accepting any donations of used clothing at this time.

Please check out our charity wish list on Amazon Smile to easily order items needed at the shelter. Let us know when you place an order as they usually don't contain the name of the donor, so we don't know who to thank. Please be sure to login to Smile.Amazon.com and designate Rainbow Place Shelter before you place your order.

Due to recent events, Rainbow has had to cancel several upcoming fundraising events. This puts us at an extreme hardship at this difficult time. If you were planning to attend any of our upcoming events, please consider making a monetary donation directly to the shelter. We could really use help now for general operating expenses and to use as needs arise.

Monetary donations are used for facility maintenance, staff funding, to purchase food, paper, cleaning products, shelter supplies, postage stamps, and bus tokens.

Gift Cards to Staples, Amazon, Costco and Giant are always helpful and appreciated.

There are many other ways to donate to Rainbow Place.

Cash donations and in kind donations of goods and services are always appreciated at Rainbow Place. In fact, we could not do what we do without the support of our generous donors.

We are so grateful to all of you for your generous donations. We currently have more than enough clothing and toiletries for the season.

Consider making a recurring donation to help sustain the work we do at the shelter each year.

Volunteer Your Time

We need many volunteers year round to help us fulfill our mission here at Rainbow Place.  You can help as an Evening Meal Server or Preparer,  during the daytime, over a holiday and we need people as emergency resources at times.
